Dear Diary: Sorry I haven't wrote...

It's been a while since I wrote my last post and being new to this blogging world I should be more on it. But unfortunately I have been having some personal issues.
I really want to really commit to my blog and make it something special but I don't know where to start, what to write, when to write it and what to like. I think I am putting way to much pressure on this. Should I just relax? I think so.

Dear Diary: Introducing Elijah...

Meet Elijah!

He's my baby, I can't express how much I love this puppy. He's nearly two now, wow not a baby anymore. We have had him since he was 8 weeks old, maybe a little to young to leave his mummy, but I soon became his new mummy. I was smitten from the first moment I laid eyes on him. He's perfect. He's got the biggest personality. He's a cross between a Pug and a Beagle, which means he doesn't have health problems like a Pug and he doesn't destroy my house like a Beagle. 

Be aware my blog will have plenty of posts about him.

Dear Diary: Me & Luke...

Me & husband at my mums wedding. 

Words can not describe what this man means to me. He is my best friend and my soul mate.

We got married very young at the age of 23, and we got a lot of comments. Not always bad comments, but judgemental comments... "is she pregnant" "are you sure you want to get married so young"... some more judgemental than others... I remember one comment from a girl, and she said this to my husband when he proposed to me "is this engagement between you and Gemma real?" it was hurtful at first but now I just laugh it off. 

We got married so young because we known eachother forever and we plan on being together forever too. What's the point in waiting if you feel that way?

We're nearly a year into our marriage now, and things are great. We have a happy life together, we laugh with eachother everyday and I can't imagine life being any other way.

I am excited to start a family with this man... But for now it's me, Luke & Elijah, our adorable puppy.

Dear Diary: My First Post...

I'm really quite nervous about setting up a blogspot, I know people get attached to their blogs and it's somewhere for people to vent and inspire.
I've always been interested in blogging but over the last few months I've let things slide. I really want to get back on social media and make a stamp.
I love looking at anything that will inspire me, and I reblog a lot of them on my Tumblr: lovegem
